Pop singer Mehreen's sixth solo album “Tumi Achho boley” -- produced by Laser Vision -- is being released on Nov 6 2008. The album features compositions by popular musicians including Habib Wahid and Fuad Al-Muqtadir & DJ Aks.
Mazharul Islam, Managing Director of Laser Vision, Intikhab Mahmud, CEO of INMA Marketing Solution, Soma Zahid, Executive Director of ETC Bangladesh, artiste Mehrin herself, among others, were present on the occasion.
After the inauguration, both Mustafa Monowar and Ustaad Shudhin Dashgupta hoped the success of the artist. Then Mehreen exchanged words and received greetings form her fans at the program, whom she gave autograph on her newly released album.
Mehreen considered this album will reflect the appreciation and admiration that she has received from the fans for a long time. "I am Mehreen because you are there," she remarked at the function. Eminent artiste-composer Sudhin Dashgupta and artist Mustafa Monowar were present at the launching ceremony.
The album features songs titled “Tumi achho boley,” “Amon korey noy,” “Shunyota,” “Mayabi e raat” and more. The songs are written by Saki Ahmed, Upal Islam, Jahangir Hyder Dipon and Shahan Kabandh and composed by Fuad Ibne Rabbi, Jahangir Hyder Dipon, Habib and Fuad.
Internationally acclaimed DJ Aks has also been featured in the album.
“This album is dedicated to all my fans. I strongly believe creative works should be audience-centric,” said the pop diva about her new album. |
