Bangladesh Death Metal Assosiation
"Artists Serve Society on Symphonic Inspiration and Tunes Interests of Nation"
On 30th May, Friday members of Forbidden Truth, Chromosome 47th, Rage of Anubis & some metal heads gathered at Banani (NSU SPZ Lounge) for an unofficial meeting to improve metal movement in the town.
They talked about some initial arrangement and at the end they decided to start some promotional activities for the death metal bands around!
The planning is arranging a Death concert. But this is not like ordinary concerts! There are several specialties of the up coming concerts. Those main features are:
•There will be a mixed CD/DVD with every ticket which will contain the recorded tracks of the performing bands + the foreign band’s tracks which they are covering. (Like Forbidden Truth tracks + Amon Amarth tracks, Chromosome 47th tracks + Arch enemy & Hypocrisy tracks, Rage of Anubis tracks + Kalmah tracks etc). So that the audiences will be introduced with the performing songs before the concert.
•There will be 7/8 bands not a bunch of 12/15 bands so that performing bands will get opportunities to show their best performance with comparatively more songs. (For an example, it was a common complain that after 10/15mins set up & sound check it’s hard to perform with a proper satisfaction in 30 minutes slot!)
•Maintaining discipline & time sense in the concerts.
•Including performing bands profile in the CD/DVD to introduce the bands history, type & planning etc.
•There will b online comment post for the audiences so that they can put their comment or any kind of suggestions and the rating for the performed bands after the show!
