Hello all listeners,
GrooveTrap presents you with the first cover, which is 'Limelight by Rush. From now on we will record covers and release them in the web for our listeners to listen, download, share etc etc. This time we chose a band which inspired us the most, Rush, and Limelight is just a fitting song to kick start the groove party, Hope you will like it. We would like to request your comments and feedback on the cover in our facebook GrooveTrap group, or a new GrooveTrap message board. The GrooveTrap download link for Limelight is in the group, but here is the GrooveTrap website from where you can download it.

Very nice cover!!! Me aint a popie type listener but I have no probz to say its an Excellent cover... It remind me Sandra's Longplay when I was a kid 
Simin is the one of few female singers who got a finest and clear voice in the arena of Bangla music; I reckon Tumi Hina by Simin proves even more than that. I would suggest the group to come up with own songs other than just covering...

thanks alot 'Exponent' GrooveTrap is composing their own songs, for a qurbani eid release, and since we cant treat our listeners with much demo and clips, thats why we undertook this cover project. Although people will get to have look into our original songs, but so that you guys donot forget us, and can enjoy some nice songs, this thing is being done.

 Groovetrap is releasing its debut album on THIS Qurbani EID??!!!! yay..!! what an awesome news!! I love Simin's voice, and I love your work! loved ur work on "chetona". thank you soo much Saif for this fantastic news! im counting down the days now. 
ok, about this demo. one word - WOW! I know nothing about the "technicality" of music composing, all i know is how it sounded to my ear and how it affected my heart.  so leaving a simple comment here. I really enjoyed listening to this track. Simin is such a good singer, my god! and the overall work was really joss.
i've got one request for you, Saif. PLEASE give us some unique music in your album. Our UG scene is now flooded with same ol' sound and lyrics. do something unique so that Groovetrap stands out. |

Thank you so much 'Maiyapain' for your kind words and appreciation, the same goes to 'numb with rage'.
I dont know how much of a new flavour 'GrooveTrap' will bring to listeners, but we seriously are trying for that. We are doing a genre of music, which hasnt been very much done in bangladesh, excep a handful of bands in a handful of compositions, so hopefully all of you listeneres will like what we will offer. We surely will post demos and clips as soon as they are ready to be uploaded. |

I admire the way you are promoting your band. This is not only because of this thread/post... I have noticed it even before... You guys are simply lucky enough to have a very good vocalist and put her voice on your flawless music notes!!!
